1. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility:
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier through the provided tracking number, our responsibility for the items ends. We cannot be held liable for items that are not received at the intended shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undelivered by the carrier, we will make every effort to contact you for an updated address to resend the package or initiate a refund. We are unable to issue refunds for insurance or shipping fees.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
We currently do not offer a return or exchange system.
3. Damaged Items and Route Protection:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with damaged items and you have opted for Route protection, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To initiate a claim, please use the Route platform. Please note this must be initiated within 30 days of shipment. We understand your frustration and will guide you through the claims process. We highly recommend considering the purchase of Route Package Protection during checkout. This added layer of protection ensures comprehensive insurance coverage for your items during their journey to your doorstep. Your peace of mind is important to us, and with Route Protection, your order is shielded against unforeseen events.
4. Defective Items:
Items indicated and sold as defective are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
5. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid label for the return of the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will issue a replacement promptly.
6. Refund and Replacement Limitations:
Damaged or Defective Items: We are committed to providing prompt assistance in the event of damaged or defective items. However, we kindly request that any such issues be reported within 10 days to ensure efficient resolution. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace items reported outside this timeframe.
7. Product Expiration: Our products are designed with quality and safety in mind, and they come with recommended shelf lives. To maintain product efficacy and safety, we cannot refund or replace items that have exceeded their specified expiration date. We encourage our customers to be mindful of product shelf life for a consistently satisfying experience.
8. Preorders: Please note preorders cannot be cancelled.
9. Bulk Orders and Multiples: Please note that we no longer accept bulk orders or orders with multiples of the same items. Maximum 2 per item.
10. We do not honor price adjustments due to an item being included in a future or current sale.
